Resolution of Warranty Issues
Repair or Replace:We will determine, at our discretion, whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
Product Discontinuation:If a product replacement is needed for a discontinued product still under warranty, we will provide a substitute product that matches as closely as possible. In the event that there are multiple products in the same room, only the defective product will be repaired or replaced.
Shipping Costs:After a 1-year period, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty repair.
After Warranty Expiration:

After warranty expires, many products can still be repaired for a nominal charge. In many cases, a repair kit with the necessary components and instructions can be sent to the customer.

Resolution Procedures:

Call the number on our website, and provide your original order number. This warranty replaces all other stated warranties, written or oral. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from any defect or breach. Proof of purchase is required for repair or replacement. Certain exclusions may vary by state.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sale / Purchase Agreement
  • All orders must be signed and accompanied with a 50% deposit of the total amount to start processing. Quoted prices include all taxes.
  • Delivery timeline begins after the deposit is received. The balance must be paid at installation. Verbal agreements of any kind are not valid or enforceable.
Buyer’s Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of the products, changes or cancellations will not be accepted if production has begun. If the buyer refuses delivery or installation, the buyer must pay all expenses incurred by the seller as a result of the refusal.
Delivery
Delivery dates are approximate. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control, including but not limited to: accidents, labor shortages, transportation issues, acts of nature, or government actions. Buyer must notify the seller in writing of any defect within ten (10) days of installation. Failure to do so waives all claims.

The seller provides no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. The seller is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Product lines may change over time, and exact matches to older products may not be available.
